Accordingly, at the end of November 2020, Cut Pho Tuyen went to buy pork and saw that the price was high, so he speculated that the price of pork would increase a lot during Tet, so he came up with the idea of going to Huoi Dun village, Huoi Tu commune (Ky Son) to steal pigs to raise and sell during Tet.
After that, Tuyen carried a bag of snake carcasses and walked to Huoi Dun village and discovered a herd of pigs roaming freely. Looking around and seeing no one, Tuyen caught a pig in the herd weighing about 15 kg, put it in a bag and brought it home to raise. On January 13, 2021, Mr. Ly Sua Da (the victim) discovered that his pig had been stolen by Cut Pho Tuyen, so he filed a report.
According to the property valuation council of the People's Committee of Ky Son district, the pig that Cut Pho Tuyen stole is worth 2.7 million VND.
