According to the initial investigation, on October 3, after drinking and agreeing with the customer on the price of 2.5 million VND/time for a "fast boat", Lan sent NTTH (born 2000), from Thai Binh; NTH (born 1997) and NTL (born 1999), both residing in Quang Ninh, to Tuyen Quang.prostitutionfor guests at Van Anh Hotel, Phan Thiet ward (Tuyen Quang city, Tuyen Quang province).
At the police station, Lan initially confessed that she knew the prostitute through...social networkand often selects girls with good looks. Then, Lan directly negotiates, bargains and collects money from customers to enjoy the difference.
Once a location for prostitution is chosen, Lan will send prostitutes from other provinces to Tuyen Quang. Each time she brokers a job, Lan pays the prostitutes about 1 million VND, lower than the amount she receives from customers.
