The four fishermen, including Pham Hong Quang, Nguyen Van Linh, Cao Van Trong, and Pham Van Luyen, all reside in Dien Ngoc, Dien Chau district.This form of exploitation will cause the destruction of aquatic resources.
Therefore, the Border Guard Station arrested and imposed an administrative fine of 6 million VND. At the same time, they confiscated all fishing gear.
