Truck transporting shampoo without proper documentation seized.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 2nd, information from the Traffic Police and Mobile Patrol Team of Tuong Duong District Police indicated that they had just seized a truck transporting a large quantity of cosmetics and toiletries without legal documentation from abroad into Vietnam.

Accordingly, at 10:30 AM on April 1st, at kilometer 121+300 on National Highway 7A in Tuong Duong district, the Traffic Police Mobile Team of Tuong Duong District Police discovered a truck with license plate 37C-06638 exhibiting suspicious behavior suggesting illegal transportation of goods, and therefore requested the vehicle to stop for inspection.
The truck driver was identified as Dang Dinh Son (born in 1985, residing in Lam Son commune, Do Luong district). Upon inspection, authorities discovered 45 boxes of shampoo, each containing 30 bottles, of foreign origin. Authorities requested Son to present documentation, but he was unable to prove the origin of the goods.
The vehicle and its contents have now been taken to the headquarters of the Market Management Department of Tuong Duong District for processing according to regulations.
