The Trump campaign's lawsuits and Biden's threats to sue are delaying the transition of power and pushing the United States into a bitterly divided state.

Yesterday (November 12), the campaign team of US President Donald Trump continued to file lawsuits related to the election process, while Democratic candidate Joe Biden on the one hand accelerated the formation of the cabinet, on the other hand threatened to sue states that the party considered to be delaying the announcement of victory. The litigation between the two sides is delaying the transfer of power and pushing the US into a state of fierce division.

The campaign team ofPresident Donald TrumpThe Trump campaign is appealing after the Philadelphia Board of Elections dismissed a lawsuit that alleged thousands of ballots were improperly counted and should have been rejected under Pennsylvania law. More than 8,000 ballots were missing names, dates, or addresses, according to the appeals filing. The Philadelphia Municipal Court is scheduled to hold a hearing on all of the Trump campaign's appeals at 10 a.m. ET today.

In connection with the litigation, the Pennsylvania State Court yesterday issued a provisional ruling in favor of President Donald Trump's election campaign. Accordingly, the court prohibited counties from counting ballots of those who could not provide their identities as requested by the November 9 deadline. Previously, the Pennsylvania state government had postponed that date by 3 days, to November 12, the deadline for voters who cast their ballots by mail to have their identities verified. The Pennsylvania Court's ruling marks a small victory in the legal battle that President Donald Trump's campaign is launching in many states with the aim of influencing the election results.

There are currently a total of 5 states including Pennsylvania, Nevada, Arizona, Georgia and Michigan that Donald Trump has targeted. All are battleground states that are favorable to Democratic opponent Joe Biden.

However, according to analysts, despite the efforts to pursue lawsuits, Donald Trump's ability to overturn the results is very difficult. To achieve this goal, Donald Trump will need the support of officials and judges, as well as specific evidence of election fraud in the states where he is behind.

Meanwhile, for his part,Mr. Bidenis moving forward with the transition of power by selecting a new White House Chief of Staff. Mr. Biden's transition team has officially launched with many prominent faces who are leading experts in fields such as economics, finance, environment and transportation, progressive activists... In addition, Mr. Biden's campaign announced that it will take legal measures if Mr. Biden is delayed in being recognized as president-elect.

According to Mr. Joe Biden, nothing can stop the transition of power: "There is nothing to stop the transition of power even if the Republicans are not willing to admit that we won at this time. Even so, there is not much change in the plan to take over the job as well as what we are promoting between now and January 20."

Because the complaints have not been resolved and there is no competent authority to officially declare that Mr. Joe Biden is the winner and the next President of the United States, the transfer of power cannot take place. Therefore, it can be said that America's "nightmare" is still continuing. According to analysts, no matter who is named the 46th President of the United States, internal reconciliation is considered a difficult task and needs to be given top priority./.
