"Trap" in front of school gate

(Baonghean.vn) Nguyen Duy Trinh Street (Vinh City) has been upgraded by the City People's Committee (24m wide) and a drainage system has been built, but due to unfinished construction, the flooding situation has not been resolved. It is worth mentioning that despite heavy rain and a lot of water, the manhole right at the gate of Hung Dung 1 Primary School is one meter wide and deep, with half of the cover missing, revealing empty ditches.

The drainage ditch was covered with mud and garbage, so the water could not drain quickly, causing flooding, dirt and danger to people and vehicles. A resident of the area said that this is a large ditch, located right at the school gate, very dangerous for parents and students during school hours as well as after school hours, becoming a trap that can easily cause accidents for parents and students, especially during the rainy season.

The uncovered manhole cover is located right at the school gate opposite the ward People's Committee gate, but for some reason, despite having been there for quite a while, it has not been covered or reinstalled. Recently, a car of a parent taking their child to school was "trapped" and had to ask for help from a tow truck.
