(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, January 20th (the 27th day of the 12th lunar month), a delegation from the Party Committee and the Border Guard Command of Nghe An province, led by Colonel Dinh Ngoc Van - Provincial Party Committee member and Commander of the Border Guard Command of Nghe An province, held a ceremony to lay flowers and offer incense to report their achievements at the Memorial House of President Ho Chi Minh in the Kim Lien historical site.
Border guards from Nghe An province respectfully offered fresh flowers and lit incense sticks to commemorate the beloved Father of the armed forces, the brilliant leader of the Party and the people. Before his spirit, the delegation of the Nghe An Border Guard reported to him on the achievements that the officers and soldiers of the Nghe An Border Guard had strived to achieve in 2011.

With the achievements made in the past yearThe Nghe An Border Guard Force was awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag by the Ministry of National Defense; one collective was awarded the Second Class Military Merit Order by the President, and one collective and one individual were awarded the Third Class Military Merit Order.Hundreds of groups and individuals received awards from various levels of government.
