Nghe An Border Guard rewards 25 outstanding individuals in defense drills

(Baonghean.vn) -Nghe An Provincial Border Guard has just awarded certificates of merit to 25 individuals with outstanding achievements in performing tasks participating in the 2017 provincial defense area exercise.

The above award was presented at the Conference organized by the Nghe An Border Guard Command this morning, August 24, to review experiences from the 2017 provincial defense area exercise.

Implementing the direction of the Provincial Defense Area Exercise Steering Committee, the Nghe An Border Guard force contributed to the overall success of the exercise. In particular, the real-life battles (fighting the enemy infiltrating the border, hunting down coastal commandos, etc.) all ensured absolute safety of people, weapons and technical equipment. The training frames and the participating contents of the Border Guard force were all classified as excellent.

The 2017 provincial defense area exercise contributed to improving the leadership, management, operation and situation handling capacity in each state of the Party Committee and commanders of the units; combat readiness and readiness to maneuver and handle situations that arise, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.
