12 year old girl goes to emergency room after being sexually abused by boyfriend
When the 12-year-old was brought to the medical center due to heavy bleeding, medical staff became suspicious and reported it to the police.
On May 30, Tan Yen District Police (Bac Giang) issued a decision to detain Dang Van Tan (19 years old) in an emergency to investigate the act of raping a person under 16 years old.

Tan confessed that he met the 12-year-old girl in Tan Yen district through social media and developed feelings for her. After many promises, the two met on May 28.
Seeing the victim was pretty and plump, Tuan invited her to a motel in Song Van commune to have sex. While "making love", the victim bled profusely so Tan took her to the district medical center for emergency treatment. Here, the center staff suspected the girl had been abused and reported it to the police.
