14-year-old girl "sent" 3 boys to jail after all-night parties
(Baonghean.vn) - A nearly 14-year-old girl was invited by a group of young men in Quy Hop district (Nghe An) to play games and then agreed to let 3 young men have sex.
On March 21 and 22, 2018, all three young men received prison sentences in two different trials for having sex with children.
According to the content of the trial on March 21, two young men, Luu Duc Nam (born in 1988), residing in Bac Son hamlet, and Nguyen Van Dang (born in 1998), residing in Tan Thanh hamlet, were prosecuted for the crime of "Sexual intercourse with children". The victim was VA (14 years old), residing in Quy Hop district.
The investigation agency determined: at about 10:00 p.m. on September 22, 2017, Luu Duc Nam, Nguyen Van Dang, Cao Thi Thanh Lam and Le Thi Tuyet called TTVA to invite him to go to Quy Hop town to play, a while later Nguyen Van Tu also arrived.

At about 11pm the same day, all 6 people arrived at Sang Le intersection. Dang invited Nam, Tuyet and VA to go to the "Hung Hien" motel to rent rooms 13 and 14 in Tan My hamlet (Tam Hop) to sleep while Tu and Nam went home.
At about 00:30 on September 23, 2017, Dang and VA entered room number 14. Dang proposed to have sex and VA agreed. After that, Dang went to room number 13 to stay with Tuyet. Here, Dang told Nam to go to room number 14 to stay with VA.
In room number 14, Nam proposed to have sex and V.A agreed. After that, all four of them checked out and went to play video games.
VA’s family has filed a complaint with the investigation agency. The sexual forensic examination on October 5, 2017 by Nghe An Forensic Center concluded that there were no signs of injury on TTV A’s body, and that her hymen was torn.
At the time Nam and Dang had sexual intercourse with TTVA, VA was only 13 years and 10 months old.
As for Le Thi Tuyet, she was also present at the motel, but Tuyet was not involved in the criminal acts of the defendants. Currently, Tuyet is not present in the locality, so there is no basis to prosecute her criminally.
In civil matters, each defendant has compensated the victim's family 15 million VND.
Considering the above evidence and actions, the People's Court sentenced the two defendants Luu Duc Nam to 15 months in prison with a suspended sentence and Nguyen Van Dang to 17 months in prison with a suspended sentence for the crime of "Sexual intercourse with children" as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 115 of the Penal Code.
In the trial on the morning of March 22, the person prosecuted was Le Minh Lam, who had had sexual intercourse with VA 4 times.

Specifically, from September 25-28, 2017, Lam and VA went to play games. After each day of playing, the two would go to a motel and have sex.
At 10:00 a.m. on September 29, 2017, Lam went home and VA was taken home by relatives.
When the incident was exposed, VA’s family filed a complaint with the investigation agency. At the time of having sex with Lam, VA was not yet 14 years old. Le Minh Lam was prosecuted for “Sexual intercourse with a child”. Lam’s behavior is dangerous to society and must be strictly handled according to the law to deter and educate.
The People's Court sentenced Le Minh Lam to 3 years in prison. In civil matters, the defendant has compensated the victim 3 million VND.
