Closing ceremony of the third course of the intermediate-level military professional training program.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 17th, at the Provincial Military School, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command held a graduation ceremony for students of the third course of intermediate-level professional training in basic military science and intermediate-level political theory and administration.
Attending and directing the ceremony was Colonel Ha Tan Tien, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Commander of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command.

On behalf of the School's Board of Directors, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Binh - the School Principal - gave a general report on the entire training process of the third cohort of students (2013-2015). Despite facing many difficulties during the training period due to the lengthy curriculum, students coming from diverse regions, and varying skill levels, thanks to the attention of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and the high determination of all officers, teachers, and students, the third cohort successfully completed their studies.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Ha Tan Tien, Commander of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command, emphasized that the training of mid-level professional military officers at the grassroots level and mid-level political and administrative theory for commune and ward commanders is of paramount importance, especially in advising local Party committees and authorities on effectively carrying out grassroots military activities.
The comrade requested that the graduates of the third course, upon returning to their localities, should effectively fulfill their roles and responsibilities, apply the learned content well to practice, and participate in building increasingly strong grassroots organizations.

At the end of the course, regarding the content of the intermediate-level professional military training, 100% achieved good or excellent grades (11.9% excellent; 88.1% good). Regarding the content of the intermediate-level political and administrative theory training, 100% met the requirements, with 93% achieving good or excellent grades. Seven students were recognized as outstanding students of the course, and 58 out of 59 were Party members. 47 students who met the criteria for promotion to reserve officer rank were all promoted to reserve officer rank by the Ministry of National Defense.
