Closing Ceremony of the Sports Tournament organized by the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs
(Baonghean.vn) - After more than two days of fierce and exciting competition, the closing ceremony of the sports tournament organized by the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs took place on the morning of August 21st. The tournament was a significant event to celebrate the 77th anniversary of the August Revolution, National Day on September 2nd, and the 77th anniversary of the establishment of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (August 28, 1945 - August 28, 2022).
Attending the event were members of the Provincial Party Committee: Kha Van Tam - Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor; Doan Hong Vu - Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; leaders of the Party Committee of the provincial agencies, representatives of relevant departments, branches, and localities; leaders of the Departments of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, affiliated units, and all athletes from 23 delegations, representing 34 units participating in the competition.

With three events – men's leather volleyball, women's soft volleyball, and badminton – nearly 300 amateur athletes in the tournament strived together to create thrilling matches, spreading the spirit of "Unity, honesty, and sportsmanship," demonstrating the fairness and objectivity of the referees, and the professionalism and responsibility of the organizing committee.

At the closing ceremony, the organizing committee awarded one first prize, one second prize, and two third prizes for the following sports: men's leather volleyball, women's soft volleyball, and badminton. In addition to the main awards, the organizing committee also presented supplementary awards such as the style award, best attack award, best defense award, etc., to outstanding teams and individuals.
