Closing Ceremony of the 2018 Competition for Commanders and Political Commissars of District, City and Town Military Commands
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of April 13, at the Provincial Military School, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command held the closing ceremony of the 2018 Competition for Commanders and Political Commissars of District, City, and Town Military Commands.
After 3 days (April 11, 12, 13, 2018), 42 candidates who are Commanders and Political Commissars of District, Town and City Military Commands have passed two parts of the exam: theory and practice. In the theory exam, candidates took multiple choice tests on computers and wrote essays.
In the practical exam, the candidates practiced building the determination to fight defensively and practicing drafting a leadership resolution to carry out defensive combat tasks, practicing shooting K54 lesson 1c and practicing unarmed team regulations.

At the end of the competition, with the spirit of working objectively and impartially, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize Flag for the whole delegation to the Military Command of Dien Chau district; awarded the Second Prize Flag for the whole delegation to the Military Command of Ky Son district; awarded the First Prize for the individual Commander competition to Lieutenant Colonel Vo Van Long, Deputy Commander - Chief of Staff of Vinh City Military Command; awarded the First Prize for the individual Political Commissar competition to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Trong Loc - Political Commissar of Anh Son District Military Command.

The contest is an opportunity to evaluate the qualifications and capacity of the team of commanders and political commissars in staff work and leadership, directing the implementation of local military and defense tasks; at the same time, it is one of the criteria to effectively carry out the work of evaluating, promoting and appointing key and key cadres; thereby contributing to improving the quality of the cadre team, meeting the requirements of the task of building the provincial armed forces.
It is expected that in early May 2018, the Commanders and Political Commissars of the Military Commands of districts, towns and cities of Nghe An province will participate in the competition at the Military Region 4 level./.
