Closing ceremony of the Contest of Reserve Mobilization of Information Militia and Self-Defense Forces of Nghe An Province

Attending the ceremony were: Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Binh Nguyen - Head of Information Department of Military Region 4; Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command, and comrades in the Organizing Committee of the contest.

The 2023 Nghe An Province Information Militia and Self-Defense Reserve Contest will take place over 2 days (June 26-27).

109 athletes are assistants of the Information Corps, Military Commands of districts, cities and towns; Self-defense forces specialized in Telecommunications - Post, Information Corps Militia of 21 districts, cities and towns have gone through the following contents: Theoretical awareness test on the role and position of communications, responsibilities of information militia soldiers; Military Post Information - Signal Information; Hand flag signal information (practice receiving and generating electricity using SEMAFO information); Individuals spreading, fixing and retrieving 500m of coated wire. Cadres practice specialized tactical training in Radio Information, Wireline, prepare lesson plans, practice teaching.

Through the competition, the results of training in recent years are reviewed and evaluated, and lessons learned from the organization, force building, training, technical and tactical skills at the grassroots level, improving combat readiness and ensuring communications in all situations, creating a basis for ensuring communications for provincial and district defense operations. Thereby, promptly encouraging and promoting the emulation movement of studying and training of specialized self-defense forces, militia forces of military branches, improving management skills, professional awareness, and military information skills, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

At the end of the contest, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 3 collectives and 9 individuals with high achievements in organizing the contest; the Provincial People's Committee awarded flags to the units that won First, Second and Third prizes.
