After nearly 1 month of studying and working, 45 officers, squad and platoon level officers and provincial and district level assistants of the Xieng Khouang Provincial Military Command of Laos were trained in basic contents and knowledge on staffing methods for assistant officers and military agency staff at all levels in planning, guiding and organizing the implementation of local military defense work, Party activities, political work, and logistics and technical work of local military agencies.
