4 year old kindergarten child locked in classroom, tied with rope and hung from window?

Recently, the image of a 4-year-old boy studying at Truc Dai B Kindergarten (in Truc Dai commune, Truc Ninh district, Nam Dinh province) being locked in a room, tied with a rope and hung from the window has caused public outrage.

Through investigation, it is known that the boy is NTP (born 2014), residing in Truc Dai commune, Truc Ninh district, Nam Dinh province.

Ms. NTH (P.'s grandmother) said that the image of P. being locked in the classroom, tied with a rope and hung from the window was taken by a parent whose child is studying at the school.

“I had no idea what had happened until someone came to my house to verify the image to see if it was my grandchild. When I saw the image, I was shocked and shocked to see my grandchild being treated and abused like that. I was heartbroken,” said Ms. H.

Ms. H. added that P. also has mental retardation, so even though he is 4 years old, he still cannot speak and sometimes is hyperactive and jumps around. But P. is not naughty and is very obedient.

P.'s situation is very difficult. P.'s father passed away before he was born. After giving birth, his mother suffered from depression and left, leaving P. to her grandmother to care for and raise since birth.

"After I learned about the incident, I asked a teacher and she apologized, promised to take better care of my child from now on, and told me not to say anything about this if anyone asked. I heard that the school also asked for a report, but the Principal and Vice Principal have not said anything to the family. I also do not know why my child is like this."

Speaking to VOV.VN, Mr. Cao Xuan Hung, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Nam Dinh province, said he had received this information. The Department has sent a working group to the school to verify and investigate the incident./.
