8 year old boy drowned while following his parents to work
(Baonghean.vn) - While working in the fields with his sister and parents, Hai slipped and fell into a spillway and died.
At around 7:00 a.m. on July 5, Mr. Lo Van Hue and Ms. Vi Thi Huyen (residing in Yen Hoa village, Lang Khe commune) took their two children to work in the fields in the stream.

While Mr. Hue and his wife were busy working, the two sisters were playing together. Unfortunately, Lo Van Hai (born in 2011) slipped and fell down the spillway.
About 30 minutes later, not seeing their son, Mr. Hue and his wife went to look for him and found Hai lying under the spillway. Although Hai was taken to the emergency room, he died.

It is known that Mr. Hue's family is poor, Hai is the youngest child in a family of 3 children.
After the incident, the authorities of Con Cuong district and Lang Khe commune visited and encouraged the family.
