During this time, lack of moderation in travel, eating, resting, etc. can disrupt the body's biological rhythm, causing illness. Health problems such as flu, headaches, digestive disorders, etc. can also be dangerous complications that require early intervention.

For adults

Hypertension:due to having to entertain guests a lot, irregular eating, being invited to drink a lot of tea, alcohol, smoking. High blood pressure can lead to stroke, coronary artery spasm. When someone has the above accidents, the patient must be taken immediately to the nearest emergency center, do not scrape the wind, or cut the ceremony.

Vomiting can also be a symptom of gastrointestinal diseases (gastroenteritis, meningitis, brain tumors, brain abscesses, intestinal obstruction, intussusception, appendicitis), gastrointestinal malformations (such as esophageal stenosis) or autonomic nervous system disorders, stomach contraction disorders.

Acute diarrhea:This is a manifestation of acute enteritis caused by eating contaminated food. The disease starts suddenly, children often vomit, then have diarrhea, fever, abdominal pain, and bloating. The disease causes dehydration, electrolyte disturbances, and in some cases progresses to become chronic.

Anaphylactic shock:usually starts with abdominal pain or bronchospasm, causing difficulty breathing, respiratory failure... Shock can occur due to insect bites, antibiotic injections, IV fluids or food allergies... If anaphylactic shock is detected early, it can be effectively treated with specific drugs.

To celebrate Tet happily and warmly, and to avoid illness, everyone should allocate time for rest, entertainment and eating in a reasonable and moderate manner. People who already have a disease should pay attention to detect suspicious symptoms early (for example, headaches can be a sign of high blood pressure). You should consult your doctor about taking medicine and treating the disease.
