Doctor Nguyen Dinh Trung recommends that patients with traumatic brain injury or accidents should go to medical facilities for timely examination. Patients without traumatic brain injury should be treated and monitored for 24-48 hours; then re-examined if there are no neurological signs, the patient can be discharged. In cases where patients also have facial bone injuries, brain damage, cerebral edema, or concussion, they should be actively treated and managed for a longer period of time at hospitals until they are stable./.
