Cua Dong General Hospital donated more than 333 million VND to support people affected by storm No. 3.

Responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, on the afternoon of September 13, Cua Dong General Hospital organized a "Launching ceremony to support people affected by storm No. 3".

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Le Van Ngoc - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province; Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ha - Chairwoman of Nghe An Health Sector Trade Union; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Kien - Chairman of the Board of Members; Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Phuong - Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Members; and the Board of Directors of Cua Dong General Hospital.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tai - General Director of Cua Dong General Hospital, on behalf of the Hospital's Board of Directors, informed about the damage caused by storm No. 3 and its aftermath to people in the northern provinces and cities, and launched a ceremony to support the people of the North affected by storm No. 3.

Promoting the tradition and culture of Cua Dong people, the good spirit of "mutual love" of the nation, 500 workers, civil servants and employees of the Hospital actively participated in donating more than 333 million VND, contributing to sharing love and joining hands to help people in the Northern provinces who suffered heavy damage caused by the recent storm Yagi.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Le Van Ngoc - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committee and the Provincial Relief Committee, expressed his gratitude for the spirit of responding to the launching ceremony of all leaders, officers and staff of the hospital, and at the same time expressed his deep gratitude for the noble gesture of the unit for timely spiritual and material support to encourage the people of the North to overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives. He also emphasized that the meaningful and practical program of the hospital will contribute to spreading love to agencies, units, and people... to continue responding to the call of the Provincial Fatherland Front to launch donations to support flood victims in the Northern provinces.
