2. Standards and conditions for registration:
+ Be a Vietnamese citizen, 18 years of age or older;
+ Have a professional degree, foreign language certificate, or IT certificate suitable for the position applied for
+ Have a clear background, good character, ethics and health;
+ Not during the period of: Violating the law, being prosecuted for criminal liability, having limited or lost civil capacity or suffering from social evils.
