2. Standard conditions:
- Have Vietnamese nationality; be 18 years of age or older; have a clear background, be healthy enough to perform the job; have professional qualifications and skills appropriate to the position being recruited, have computer and foreign language skills appropriate to the position being recruited; have a civil servant recruitment application form.
- Do not recruit people who are: Restricted or have lost civil capacity, are under criminal prosecution, are being prosecuted, are serving or have completed serving a court sentence or decision but have not had their criminal record cleared.
3. Priority in recruitment
