Northwest General Hospital: Degraded before being put into use

(Baonghean.vn) - According to plan, the Northwest Regional General Hospital will be inaugurated and put into operation this year, 2016. Although it is in the process of completion, the project has shown signs of poor quality and deterioration.

The Tay Bac General Hospital Project is a key project in the Western development strategy of Nghe An province for the period 2010-2020. The project was invested according to Decision 2402/QD-UBND-CN dated June 20, 2008 with a scale of 250 beds and a total investment of nearly 200 billion VND from government bonds; state budget and other legal capital sources. According to the plan, the project was put into use in 2013. However, up to this point, the Tay Bac Regional General Hospital Project has not been completed and put into use. Meanwhile, the project is showing signs of damage and degradation.

Đây là 2 khu nhà chính của Bệnh viện ĐK khu vực Tây bắc mới. Cơ bản đã hoàn thành phần vỏ, hiện tại đang lắp đặt hệ thống điện,nước và một số hạng mục nội thất. Tuy nhiên, cả 2 khu nhà 3 tầng và 5 tầng này đều đã xuất hiện nhiều vết nứt theo dọc mái và cột trụ như thế này.
These are the two main buildings of the new Northwest Regional General Hospital. The shell has been basically completed, and the electrical and water systems and some interior items are currently being installed. However, both of these 3-storey and 5-storey buildings have many cracks visible from the outside.
