(Baonghean.vn) - Despite receiving an investment of over 36 billion VND for infrastructure construction, the completed items at Tuong Duong District General Hospital are of very poor quality.
Following the Nghe An Newspaper's report on this issue (through the article: Violations at Tuong Duong District General Hospital - Serious action needed), according to officials in Tuong Duong district, only a few contractors have so far rectified the substandard roofing (the design estimate specified a roofing sheet thickness of 0.47mm, but they used sheets with a thickness of 0.35 - 0.36 mm).
