Vinh Transport Hospital: Performed 13,000 safe blood filtration procedures for patients
(Baonghean.vn) - The Department of Nephrology, Urology and Dialysis - Vinh Transport Hospital currently has 30 dialysis machines from Nipro (Japan) and 1 online HDF ultrafiltration machine from Presinuss (Germany), thereby promptly responding to dialysis patients.

Thanks to the change in service methods and being equipped with more than 30 dialysis machines from Nipro (Japan) and HDF online ultrafiltration machines from Presinuss (Germany), the Department of Nephrology, Urology and Dialysis - Vinh Transport Hospital meets the needs of 150 patients with regular dialysis.
In all blood filtration procedures at the Department of Nephrology, Urology and Hemodialysis, doctors and nurses follow the correct regulations and procedures. Recently, the Department has boldly switched from using Lowflux filters (low ultrafiltration coefficient) to Highflux filters (high ultrafiltration coefficient).

The success of this conversion resolved the problems of Phosphorus; Belta2 globulin; anorexia; significantly improved the quality of dialysis; complications in renal failure and quality of life for patients with chronic renal failure on dialysis.
In the first 7 months of 2017, the department performed more than 13,000 safe dialysis sessions for patients./.
