To prevent diseases during the hot season, doctors recommend: Parents should proactively vaccinate fully to reduce the rate of infectious diseases. Give children enough water. Avoid going out in the sun between 10am and 4pm. Use air conditioning properly (25-28 degrees Celsius). Pay attention to sudden changes in temperature that can easily cause thermoregulation disorders in children. |
