Nghe An Rehabilitation Hospital: Examined and treated 6,498 inpatients
(Baonghean.vn) - That is the 2018 performance result of Nghe An Rehabilitation Hospital stated at the 2018 Conference of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers, and orientation for 2019 held on December 27.
Attending the event were Associate Professor, Dr. Duong Dinh Chinh - Director of the Department of Health, representative of Cua Lo City Party Committee and all hospital staff.
Currently, Nghe An Rehabilitation Hospital has 7 functional departments and 9 departments. The total number of staff is 245, of which 105 are on the payroll; 15 are on contracts according to Decree No. 68; and 127 are on other contracts.

2018 is the second year that the Hospital has implemented full financial autonomy. In order to improve the quality of both expertise and service attitude of medical staff as well as build a green - clean - beautiful hospital, the Hospital has invited experts to train and issue certificates of hospital quality management.
Establish 4 new clinical departments and 3 functional rooms; establish a pain control unit to meet the needs of patient care. Cooperate with leading professors in the field of rehabilitation; neurology; doctors specializing in emergency resuscitation, traditional medicine... to examine and treat patients, train and transfer techniques to improve skills for medical staff.
As of December 25, 2018, the Hospital has examined and received inpatient treatment for 6,498 patients.

The quality of examination, treatment, rehabilitation and patient care is increasingly improved, recognized by patients and the people. Treatment results are improved, with a 97% reduction.
2018 is also the year the Hospital implemented a community-based rehabilitation program and deployed disability management software for localities across the province.
On this occasion, the Hospital launched an emulation movement and signed a commitment to compete in 2019 with the goal of examining and treating 7,000 inpatients./.
