Military Hospital 4 organizes the assessment of electronic medical records
On the afternoon of September 5, Military Hospital 4 held a conference to evaluate electronic medical records. Attending the conference were representatives of the Military Medical Department, the Logistics and Engineering Department (Military Region 4) and members of the evaluation council.

Over time,Military Hospital 4has thoroughly grasped and implemented the policy of deploying electronic medical records according to Directive No. 07/CT-TTg dated March 14, 2025 of the Prime Minister and official dispatches, notices and conclusions of the Ministry of National Defense on deploying records.Electronic medical records, electronic health records.

The Party Committee and Board of Directors of Military Hospital 4 have strengthened leadership and directed departments and divisions to make efforts to deploy electronic medical records to ensure that they are serious, correct, and fully comply with the proposed plan.

The hospital has established a Steering Committee and an Electronic Medical Record Implementation Group headed by the hospital director; developed and issued working regulations, plans, regulations, and professional procedures to ensure strictness and seriousness.
Along with that, Military Hospital 4 has proactively coordinated with the Military Telecommunications Industry Group to review and evaluate the overall status of infrastructure and information technology equipment, and agree on the minimum items needed to support the implementation of electronic medical records.

Up to now, the hospital has completed the installation of Hospital Management Information System (HIS) software; Laboratory Information System (LIS); Image Archiving and Transmission System (RIS-PACS); Electronic Medical Record Software (EMR); organized training on the use of electronic medical records for 100% of staff in the entire hospital...
At the conference, delegates and members of the appraisal council listened to a report on the implementation of electronic medical records of Military Hospital 4; inspected the actual information technology infrastructure, integrated software system, medical equipment, professional compliance, the use of digital signatures by medical staff...

Through the assessment, delegates and council members highly appreciated the participation and synchronization of Military Hospital 4 in implementing electronic medical records. At the same time, there were suggestions for the hospital to soon supplement and complete, and announce the use of electronic medical records before September 10, 2025.
