Vinh International Hospital officially commences operations.
(Baonghean.vn) – On the morning of August 10th, Phu Tho Investment Group - Vinh International Hospital Joint Stock Company held the inauguration ceremony and officially put Vinh International General Hospital into operation.
Professor Dr. Nguyen Viet Tien, Deputy Minister of Health; and Associate Professor Dr. Luong Ngoc Khue, Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management, Ministry of Health, attended the ceremony.
Representing Nghe An province were comrades Ho Duc Phoc, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Dinh Thi Le Thanh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Bui Dinh Long, Provincial Party Committee Member and Director of the Department of Health, along with representatives from various departments and agencies in the province.

Vinh International Hospital, built by Phu Tho Investment Group on a 34,000m2 site, consists of a 7-story building with a total investment of nearly 900 billion VND. It has a capacity of 500 beds and outpatient clinics capable of serving 800-1,000 people per day. The hospital currently employs nearly 200 staff members and is equipped with many modern facilities.

The establishment and operation of Vinh International Hospital has increased the number of private hospitals in Vietnam to 174, and it is the 10th private hospital in Nghe An province.
