Grana twin plants, both host and parasitic plants are very healthy |
Some believe that birds dropped cherry seeds onto the top of mulberry trees and somehow the cherry seeds germinated and developed parasitically by growing and rooting through certain hollows in the tree trunk, finding a source of nutrition underground.
According to research, this is not the first case of parasitic plants ever recorded. However, in other cases, parasitic plants are usually small and have a short lifespan.
In contrast, in Grana twin trees, both host and parasitic plants are very healthy, growing evenly and in parallel, creating a unique sight.
