(Baonghean.vn) - At 7:00 p.m. on April 22, due to a personal conflict, Nguyen Cong Nam (born in 1967, residing in block 17, Quy Hop town) used a knife to stab his brother-in-law, Truong Van Lam (born in 1989, residing in Bac Loi hamlet, Van Loi commune, Quy Hop), injuring him in the abdomen.
Currently, Quy Hop District Police have summoned Nam for investigation.
