(Baonghean.vn) - Seeing that Ms. Mui was 8 months pregnant, Ly lured her and then took her to China to sell the fetus.

On February 15, the Investigation Police Agency of Ky Son District Police issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute Moong Thi Ly (born in 1983, residing in Huoi Tho village, Huu Kiem commune, Ky Son district) to investigate the crime of "Organizing others to flee abroad".

Moong Thi Ly was released on bail and banned from leaving her place of residence because she is 8 months pregnant.

According to the investigation results of Ky Son District Police, in early September 2018, Moong Thi Ly saw that Moong Thi Mui's (born in 1994, from the same village) family was in difficulty, so she persuaded and took Mui to China to sell the fetus.

At that time, Ms. Mui was 8 months pregnant. Hearing Ly's invitation, Mui agreed and, along with many others, traveled illegally to China.

On September 20, 2018, when Ly took Mui to a prenatal check-up, she had a traffic accident and gave birth there. On January 25, 2019, Chinese police took Ly, Mui and Mui's 3-month-old baby boy to Mong Cai border gate to hand over to Vietnamese authorities.
