According to initial information, because his girlfriend's parents forbade their relationship, after drinking alcohol, Nguyen Anh Tuan (born in 1999, residing in Cao Thang ward, Ha Long city) brought a weapon and broke into the house of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thoa (born in 1971) and Ms. Ha Thi Thanh Thuy (born in 1975) in group 9, zone 2, Ha Tu ward, Ha Long city, slashing Mr. Thoa and Ms. Thuy many times in the head, face and hands.
Upon receiving the report from the people, the authorities quickly arrived at the scene and used professional measures to control the perpetrator. The two victims were also taken to the Quang Ninh General Hospital in serious condition.
