Realizing that the use of computers has somewhat affected the handwriting of young people, starting from the 2013-2014 school year, the Department of Education and Training of Anh Son district launched a beautiful handwriting competition in the entire district. As a primary school teacher with a passion for beautiful handwriting, Ms. Thuy always wondered how to help her students improve their handwriting.

Writing beautifully and wanting to convey that to students is the desire of teacher Pham Thi Thuy.

With that passion, in 2014, Ms. Pham Thi Thuy went to Hanoi alone to register for a calligraphy class. Because according to her, before, writing was just satisfying to look at and see how beautiful it was, but there was no method to teach students. After attending the class, every day she went home to diligently practice writing, taking advantage of her free time to sit down and practice writing. At first, she wrote a few sentences, then wrote a long paragraph. Not only did she sit down to practice writing, but she also went online every day to exchange and learn from other teachers, hoping they would give her feedback on her handwriting.

"Up to now, I dare not say it's beautiful, but having a method to teach students is fun" - Ms. Thuy said.

During the holidays, her small house always has 5-6 little students diligently practicing writing under her guidance. She said that these are students who are passionate about writing, and she gathered them together and gave them free instruction with the hope that they would practice beautiful handwriting and good character.
