Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee chaired the conference.
Mr. Xuan Anh ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Da Nang Military Party Committee.

The Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee has just appointed Mr. Truong Quang Nghia to hold the position of Secretary of the City Military Party Committee to replace Mr. Nguyen Xuan Anh.
