Nghe An Provincial Military Party Committee issues Resolution to lead the implementation of tasks in 2022

On the morning of December 10, in Vinh City, the Nghe An Provincial Military Party Committee held a conference to issue a resolution on leadership in implementing tasks in 2022. Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee chaired the conference.

Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung - Party Committee Secretary, Political Commissar of Military Region 4; Major General Tran Minh Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of Military Region 4 and delegates from agencies of the Military Region attended the conference.

COMPLETE TARGETS AND TASKS WELL

In 2021, under the leadership and direction of the Party Standing Committee, Military Region 4 Command, Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Military Party Committee focused on leading and directing the successful completion of targets and tasks.

In which, it advised the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee to successfully complete military and defense tasks and issue resolutions and projects for the 2021 - 2025 period.

The work of calling citizens to join the army was carried out closely, ensuring 100% of the target; training in security and national defense knowledge for the subjects was according to plan; the work of preparing for the provincial defense area drill was closely and thoughtfully; directing 5 districts to conduct defense area drills to achieve the set goals and requirements.

The provincial military forces have led the organization of forces and vehicles to participate in establishing quarantine areas; teams and checkpoints; building field hospitals; transporting and vaccinating people; and participating in ensuring social security for people in the context of being affected by the Covid-19 epidemic.

Party committees at all levels have also effectively implemented the "Year of Discipline" in conjunction with building strong, exemplary, and representative agencies and units; effectively carried out the work of helping people eliminate hunger and reduce poverty, build new rural areas; and well organized foreign defense activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and rules.

At the conference, after reviewing the leadership results in 2021, the Provincial Military Party Committee discussed the direction, some key targets, tasks, and leadership solutions in 2022.

In particular, it is determined to continue building a clean, strong, and exemplary Provincial Military Party Committee; a comprehensively strong, exemplary, and exemplary Provincial Armed Forces; with increasingly high overall quality and combat strength; striving to achieve the Emulation Flag title of the Government.

The Provincial Military Party Committee also determined that in 2022, it will create a breakthrough in "building a comprehensive, exemplary, and typical district, city, and town Military Command".

DON'T BE PASSIVE OR SURPRISED

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung - Party Secretary, Political Commissar of Military Region 4 assessed that the Nghe An Provincial Military Party Committee had performed well its functions and tasks in 2021; was proposed by the Standing Committee of the Military Region 4 Party Committee to the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee to recognize it as a Party Committee that had excellently fulfilled its tasks; and proposed to award the Emulation Flag of the Ministry of National Defense to the Provincial Military Command.

Based on forecasts and analysis of the situation in 2022, Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung proposed that the Nghe An Provincial Military Party Committee continue to focus on innovation, improving the quality and effectiveness of staff work for local Party committees and authorities at all levels in the province in leading and directing the implementation of local military and defense tasks.

Closely coordinate with forces to forecast and correctly assess the situation, promptly advise on handling military and defense situations, contribute to maintaining political stability, and ensure a favorable environment to promote socio-economic development of the province.

The Political Commissar of Military Region 4 also requested the Provincial Military Party Committee to strengthen education work, thoroughly grasp combat missions in peacetime; proactively develop and practice plans and strategies to be ready to respond to and overcome the consequences of natural disasters and epidemics; effectively carry out rescue work and other non-traditional security issues with the spirit of "wherever there are difficulties, hardships, and dangers, there are soldiers to promptly support and protect the lives and property of the people";...

Concluding the conference, comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee assessed that in 2021, under the leadership of the Provincial Military Party Committee, the provincial military forces had a firm grasp, well forecasted the situation and coordinated to effectively resolve the issues; continued to consolidate the people's position; at the same time maintained and performed well the military and defense tasks.

Thereby, the military force contributes to the province's successful organization of major events of the Central and the province; maintains stability in the area, creating a foundation for implementing economic, cultural and social development goals.

The Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Military Party Committee proposed to absorb the direction of the Political Commissar of Military Region 4 to supplement the Resolution on leadership in implementing tasks in 2022; at the same time, emphasizing some key contents.

First of all, the Provincial Military Party Committee needs to forecast, grasp, analyze, and accurately assess the situation; absolutely not to be passive or surprised by any situation regarding national defense and security.

The Provincial Military Party Committee and the Party Committees of the Military Commands of districts, cities and towns need to continue to effectively lead the implementation of the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic; continue to promote the core role of the Provincial Military Force; always be proactive, take the lead and be a solid spiritual support for the People and other forces; be ready to rush forward, not afraid of difficulties when assigned tasks.

The Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Military Party Committee also noted that an important task in 2022 is to focus on careful preparation to report to Military Region 4 to organize the Provincial Defense Area exercise.

On the other hand, direct the implementation of the work of selecting and calling citizens to join the army with quality, according to plan; pay attention to the work of educating and training officers and soldiers in terms of politics, ideology, and health to ensure that they are always ready to receive and complete assigned tasks.

The Provincial Military Party Committee also needs to continue to coordinate with the province to foster national defense and security knowledge for the subjects; lead the building of strong and comprehensive agencies and units.

Immediately after the conference, under the witness of the leaders of Military Region 4 and Nghe An province, the leaders of the Provincial Military Party Committee and the Secretaries of 21 District Party Committees, City Party Committees, and Town Party Committees in the province signed the Regulations on coordination in leading and directing the implementation of local military and defense tasks and building the Military Party Committees of districts, cities, and towns in 2022.
