Provincial Party Secretary attends review in the spirit of Central Resolution 4 at grassroots party cells

(Baonghean.vn) - Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh suggested that each cadre and party member in the Economic Party Cell under the Provincial Party Committee Office should do a better job of advising the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

The Economic Party Cell currently has 12 Party members. In 2016, there was a change in personnel when 3 comrades transferred jobs and therefore changed Party activities, including the Party Cell Secretary; 8 more comrades were added, including the new Party Cell Secretary who took up the task in June 2016.

According to the Party cell's assessment, the change in personnel more or less affects the leadership. However, the Party cell is always united, cooperative, clearly assigns tasks, and has innovations in leadership, direction, and operation to improve the effectiveness of performing assigned functions and tasks.

Contributing to the review content, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office Thai Thanh Quy suggested that each Party member in the Party cell should improve their sense of self-awareness and responsibility, have a firm grasp of the fields and sectors that each comrade is in charge of; properly implement the advisory process for the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; and arrange reasonable time to better promote their capacity and strengths in advisory work.

Speaking at the review, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh suggested that the Economic Party Cell should focus on a number of existing issues to analyze shortcomings, point out causes and solutions.

The Provincial Party Secretary suggested improving the quality of consulting on documents such as those in the economic field...; at the same time, coordinating well with relevant agencies to effectively carry out this task.

In addition, the Party cell needs to lead to better advise on the process of developing directives, resolutions, etc.; at the same time, monitor, supervise, and urge the implementation of resolutions, directives, and conclusions issued by the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

For each party member in the Party cell, the Provincial Party Secretary also emphasized the need to be self-aware and have solutions to improve professional qualifications for issues that are not yet certain or not yet fully understood; thereby improving work efficiency.

Based on the positive and negative aspects, at the conference, the collective and individuals in the Economic Party Cell seriously and frankly reviewed and criticized themselves according to 27 manifestations of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation" according to Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (12th term) in the collective and individuals.

At the end of the review, comrade Nguyen Hong Tuan - Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Secretary of the Economic Party Cell said that the Party Cell identified 6 manifestations of political and ideological degradation and 3 manifestations of moral and lifestyle degradation. The comrades in the Party Cell also self-reviewed and listened to the comments of Party members in the Party Cell. On that basis, the Economic Party Cell under the Provincial Party Committee Office proposed solutions for both the collective and each individual.
