Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh: 'Political and ideological education must be associated with inspection and supervision'

(Baonghean.vn) – Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh requested the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies to lead the implementation of ideological work well, in which it is necessary to make cadres and party members see the common goals and responsibilities to complete the goals and tasks set out in the resolution.

On the morning of September 19, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee worked with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies. Also attending were comrades of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee: Le Xuan Dai - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies. Comrade Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of departments and offices of the Provincial Party Committee.

The Provincial Party Committee of Agencies (CCQ) has 57 grassroots party organizations with 4,530 party members. In carrying out its tasks, the unit has had many solutions and innovations in leading the implementation of political tasks; innovating political and ideological education, raising awareness for cadres and party members. At the same time, the leaders of the grassroots party committees and cells take care of and build agencies and socio-political organizations; improve the quality of grassroots party organizations, the quality of cadres and party members; lead and carry out well the work of inspection, supervision, and strict maintenance of Party discipline.

Accordingly, 100% of units under the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies have developed action programs to implement the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies presented the results of task implementation in the first 8 months of the year and directions for the coming time.

The quality of Party activities at grassroots Party committees has changed positively, ensuring regularity, with the average rate of Party members participating in activities reaching over 95%. Thematic, ideological, self-criticism and criticism activities have received attention from Party committees at all levels, with better quality.

In the first 8 months of this year, the entire Party Committee admitted 199 outstanding people into the Party and officially transferred Party membership to 167 probationary Party members.

Party organizations have built 4 models of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example, 4 models of inspection and supervision work, 5 models of "5 good party cells", 2 models of party committee office work; from which experiences are drawn for replication.

Party committees at two levels inspected 248 party organizations and 124 party members. Party committees at all levels disciplined 14 comrades; of which 11 were reprimanded, 2 were warned, and 1 was expelled.

At the working session, under the direction of the Provincial Party Secretary, delegates and comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc frankly discussed and analyzed the advantages, shortcomings, and limitations, and pointed out solutions to better perform the functions and tasks, and enhance the leadership role of the Party Committee of the Provincial CCQ Bloc towards the grassroots party organizations under its management; as well as coordination with the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Committee.

Comrade Le Xuan Dai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee spoke at the meeting.

Concluding the working session, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh expressed his agreement and highly appreciated the spirit, frankness, and responsibility of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies' Bloc with the assigned tasks.

Regarding the tasks in the coming time, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that the Party Committee of the Provincial Government Agencies Bloc needs to perform well in leading the implementation of political tasks. Therein, there will continue to be forms of thoroughly disseminating the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels according to each topic, linked to the political tasks of each affiliated Party Committee in the bloc. The results of the concretization of the Resolution are the basis for evaluating the results of the implementation of the tasks of Party members.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh requested the Party Committee of the bloc to focus on doing well the work of political and ideological education; in which it is necessary to make cadres and party members see their responsibility in implementing common goals; responsibility to participate in completing the targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels.

“The responsibility for implementing the resolution belongs to all party members in the entire Party Committee, in which the higher the leadership position, the greater the responsibility. The more difficult the tasks, the more ideological activities are needed to improve spirit, responsibility, and implementation measures. In particular, it is necessary to build internal solidarity for development; promptly detect places with signs of internal disunity, proactively work with party committees at all levels to grasp the situation, do a good job of ideological work; promptly advise party committees on solutions to handle the situation,” emphasized Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh.

Regarding personnel work, increase exchanges and dialogues to resolve ideological issues; thoroughly grasp the responsibilities and awareness of party members, so that cadres and party members can clearly see that personnel work is carried out democratically and objectively.

Besides, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh requested that the Party Committee of the Provincial Public Security Bloc continue to do well in inspection, supervision and personnel work. During the implementation process, ideological work must be associated with inspection and supervision work.

Along with that, it is necessary to check and supervise to ensure discipline, content, and records in Party cell activities; strictly manage and grasp the situation of Party members, have opinions in personnel work; and continue to lead mass organizations well.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh also responded to each specific proposal of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies.
