Voter Tran Dinh Anh - Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Quynh Lap commune said that the administrative boundary of the commune is located in Dong Hoi Industrial Park, however, since the planning, people have not been able to separate their household registration due to land clearance issues, and houses have not been built, leading to difficulties in daily life. "Three to four generations living in one house make daily life very difficult" - voter Anh said.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh reported on some key features of the province's socio-economic situation in 2017; in which economic growth reached 8.25%, 27/27 targets were met...
Responding to voters' petitions on the issue of corruption prevention, the Provincial Party Secretary affirmed that "anywhere a problem is discovered and there is a conclusion, it will be strictly handled" including officials at the commune, district and provincial levels.
"Nghe An is one of the provinces that is strict, the viewpoint is to build a clean political system" - the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized.
Regarding voters' petitions on the situation of agricultural products "good harvest, low price, bad harvest, high price"; farmers leaving agriculture and going to work, the Provincial Party Secretary shared the view that for a long time, the majority of agricultural production has been self-sufficient, and products cannot be converted into goods.
However, to produce agricultural commodities, it is impossible to have “a few acres of land per person”, so it is necessary to attract investment to shift labor to the industrial and service sectors. Only then will there be conditions to accumulate land to develop agricultural commodities.
Therefore, the Provincial Party Secretary also expressed his hope that voters would support local Party committees and authorities in the process of attracting investment to promote socio-economic development. On the part of the Party committees and authorities, they also ensure the correct and full implementation of policies, ensuring fairness for the people.
