Provincial Party Secretary awards badges to party members with 70 years of Party membership

(Baonghean.vn) – On the morning of February 10, the Party Committee of Thanh Giang commune, Thanh Chuong district held a ceremony to award the 70-year Party membership badge to comrade Nguyen Xuan Dong.

Attending the ceremony were comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh awarded the 70-year Party membership badge to comrade Nguyen Xuan Dong, a party member of Lam Dinh hamlet party cell, Thanh Giang commune party committee, Thanh Chuong district; and acknowledged his contributions and dedication during his revolutionary activities and work.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Dong was born on October 6, 1923 in Thanh Giang commune, Thanh Chuong district, and joined the Party on February 6, 1948.

During his revolutionary activities, comrade Nguyen Xuan Dong participated in gaining local power in 1945 and joined the army.

After being demobilized, he participated in many local activities such as head of an agricultural cooperative, head of the commune police, vice chairman of the commune People's Committee, chief inspector of Thanh Giang commune's trading store... until his retirement.
