Inadequacies after merging communes and hamlets

Regarding the implementation of the new rural program in the locality, voters expressed their frustration and complained: although people had donated land and gardens, when re-measuring the area, people continued to have to pay additional fees.
Voters in Que Phong district also reflected issues related to the request for the State to facilitate the allocation of forest land for production to the people; policies for people with meritorious services; problems of landslides and damage to canals and irrigation systems after floods in Chau Kim commune; inadequacies in planning Sao Va waterfall tourist site; problems arising in the assessment of criteria for poor communes; investment in traffic infrastructure, etc.
Policy must be linked to people's daily life needs.
Receiving, responding to and clarifying voters' opinions, comrade Phan Dinh Trac acknowledged and highly appreciated the enthusiasm, responsibility and frankness of voters of Que Phong district.

Regarding voters' proposals on the training regime for branch and youth union officials, restoring the title of grassroots veterinary, and inadequacies in implementing the form of timekeeping for part-time officials in blocks, hamlets, and villages, the National Assembly deputies accepted and will report to the Provincial People's Committee and Provincial People's Council.
Regarding the proposal of people who do not have forest land for production, comrade Phan Dinh Trac said that the Government has a policy of reviewing 3 types of forest land, land of ineffective forestry farms to allocate to people for production. He suggested that Nghe An province and Que Phong district need to review to implement the new Forestry Law to allocate and lease forest land so that people have conditions for production.

Clarifying voters' concerns about educational innovation, Party Central Committee Secretary Phan Dinh Trac said: "The innovation aims to reduce the curriculum, innovate teaching methods, the amount of knowledge, and promote dynamism and creativity in students.
