Worried about environmental pollution
The conference recorded 9 voters' opinions with 25 specific issues related to many fields.
Voter Du Ngoc Son in Nghia Loi commune proposed not to build animal feed factories near residential areas, affecting the environment and people's lives. The State has policies to support people in developing economic models and increasing income.
Mr. Pham Xuan Tinh in Nghia Loi commune expressed concern about environmental pollution. Currently, there is a waste treatment plant in Nghia Dan district, so he requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Nghia Dan district to direct localities to collect and treat waste at the plant. At the same time, monitor environmental treatment in livestock farms, ranches and household waste.

Regarding environmental pollution treatment, Mr. Nguyen Van Quang in Son Ha hamlet, Nghia Son commune reflected on the environmental pollution in Son Ha hamlet for many years, water pollution, and living environment pollution.
"The wish of 17 households in Nghia Son hamlet is to find land for resettlement but has not been resolved. People request that the authorities soon have a plan to relocate 17 households out of the environmentally polluted area" - Mr. Quang proposed.
Ms. Le Thi Loc in Nghia Loi commune proposed: On November 16, 2019, the National Assembly issued Resolution No. 88 on Approving the Overall Project for Socio-Economic Development of Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas for the 2021-2030 Period. ProposalNational Assemblydirect ministries and branches to implement, so that the resolution can enter the lives of ethnic minorities and mountainous areas.

Voters of Nghia Dan district proposed opinions related to the issuance and renewal of land use right certificates, housing support for people with meritorious services according to Decision 22 of the Prime Minister; continued investment in school facilities, some schools, pond and lake systems without railings; policies for preschool teachers; policies for people with meritorious services to the revolution, review of new textbooks, repayment of capital for handing over rural power grids, etc.

Regarding people's petitions on the situationenvironmental pollutionand resettlement for 17 households in Son Ha hamlet, Nghia Son commune, the district needs to work with TH Food Joint Stock Company and the province to discuss solutions to ensure the lives of people in the project area.
Regarding the Overall Project on Socio-Economic Development of Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas for the 2021-2030 Period, Party Central Committee Secretary Phan Dinh Trac said that the National Assembly has approved the project and will direct its implementation into life.

Responding to voters' petitions on policies to support the development of agricultural production models, Chairman of Nghia Dan District People's Committee Vo Tien Sy said: Recently, the State has had many policies to support the development of agricultural production.
Nghia Loi is a particularly difficult commune 135 that enjoys many policies to support production development for ethnic minorities such as support for providing seedlings and livestock for poor households.
