Engineer Phan Cong Luong - Deputy Head of KCS Technical Department said: To produce delicious and pure Hanoi beer cans, the factory uses modern machinery and raw materials that meet the highest standards. Raw materials for beer production such as barley malt, rice, etc. are imported into tanks, processed and ground, then put into the cooking system. After the cooking process, the cold liquid is transferred to the fermentation system, then transferred to the filtration system, separating the yeast residue, clarifying the beer and transferring to the extraction and pouring process.

To ensure food hygiene and safety, the factory always focuses on all stages from beginning to end to meet the standards set by Hanoi Beer Alcohol Beverage Corporation. Mixed ingredients, fermentation time, imported ingredients, cleaning process… all are carefully maintained and cleaned.

Established in April 2008, using advanced German technology to produce canned and bottled beer. The canned beer line has a capacity of 30,000 cans/hour, the bottling line has a capacity of 20,000 bottles/hour and the draft beer product line has a capacity of 120 kegs/hour always meeting the most urgent needs of the peak season.

Since going into production, overcoming many difficulties in a new market, under the leadership of Hanoi Beer Alcohol Beverage Corporation, the Party cell, the drastic direction of the Company's leaders, the efforts of the collective unit, the factory has always strived for annual revenue and output growth. Beer output in 2015 reached 50.026 million liters, achieving the plan assigned by the Board of Directors. Of which, draft beer was 5.27 million liters, canned beer was 42.56 million liters, bottled beer was 2.19 million liters. The Company's revenue reached 839 billion, profit reached 40 billion. In particular, the Company contributed 352 billion VND to the local budget and had no tax debt.

In 2015, there were no customer complaints about the company's defective products. The company maintained and stabilized product quality and 100% of products leaving the factory were of good quality.
