Mr. Manh said: The weather is so hot that beer is a great way to cool off. Our group's habit every summer afternoon is to gather together to drink a few glasses of beer to cool off.

Beer pubs on recent hot days have seen a sudden increase in customers, 2-3 times higher than usual.

Beer consumption is higher but prices remain stable. A small mug costs 10,000 VND, while a large mug costs between 15,000 and 25,000 VND.

Compared to the same period last year, according to many beer shop owners, the number of customers doubled due to the Euro football event. The hot weather has many people wanting to quench their thirst while gathering with friends to watch and cheer on football. To attract customers during the Euro days, many beer shop owners have also invested in large-screen TVs to serve football watching customers.

The owner of a beer shop on Vo Thi Sau Street said: The number of customers coming to the beer shop during football matches has increased dramatically. Every day our shop serves about 400 customers. On average, the shop sells 10 barrels of beer (20 liters) per day, a 30% increase compared to last summer. There are shops in Vinh City that sell from 50 to 70 barrels of beer (20 liters).

The Euro football tournament is taking place at this time, so beer shops are attracting more customers. Shops that provide this service make a lot of money every day.

In addition to draft beer, accompanying snacks such as boiled peanuts, fertilized eggs, fermented pork rolls, rice paper, grilled squid and ice cubes are also consumed more strongly.
