Quynh Luu district has favorable conditions for the development of the tourism industry, especially beach tourism, resorts associated with historical tourism, spiritual culture, and eco-tourism.

This place has a coastline of nearly 20km, many beautiful beaches, poetic caves; rich aquatic and seafood resources... will be an attractive destination for tourists.

In addition to beach tourism and enjoying fresh seafood, the district has 32 ranked cultural and historical relics, including 15 national relics and 17 provincial relics.

Many beautiful landscapes; many traditional folk festivals imbued with regional cultural identity. Traditional craft villages with diverse and unique products, and strongly developed commercial services are potentials and advantages for Quynh Luu to promote the development of tourism activities.

When coming to Quynh Luu, you can choose short tours such as: Visiting cultural villages and national relics (Quynh Doi) - Lam Son pagoda (Quynh Yen) - swimming in the sea (Quynh Nghia); visiting Diep islet (Quynh Van) - King Ho temple (Ngoc Son) - swimming in Quynh Bang and Quynh Nghia beaches; visiting Vuc Mau lake (Quynh Thang) - Bat cave (Quynh Tam) - Ngoc eye, Dragon mountain (Quynh Nghia) ... In recent times, the number of tourists coming to Quynh Luu has increased sharply; in addition to tourists in the province, the number of domestic and foreign tourists is quite large and all tourists feel: Quynh Luu has its own unique culture; rich in revolutionary traditions; is a district with many relics of cultural, artistic and spiritual value; many scenic spots; beautiful, poetic beaches and many places still retain their wildness; many clean beaches, fine sand, clear blue water, safe; many attractive, nutritious, fresh and very cheap seafood specialties, elaborately and attractively prepared.

The system of restaurants and shops is invested quite systematically; in the district there are currently 24 accommodation establishments with a total of 394 rooms, 607 beds to meet the needs of visitors to visit and relax. In particular, Quynh Luu has many beautiful resorts by the sea such as: Ruby Star Beach Quynh Resort, Village Resort Vuon Dua, Quynh Nghia commune; Bien Ho, Xuan Dat Viet, Quynh Bang commune... serving thousands of visitors every day.

Preparing for the 2019 tourist season, Quynh Luu has implemented many synchronous solutions to ensure the best conditions to serve tourists. Regarding traffic infrastructure, the District People's Committee focused on directing units to complete site clearance to open the Thach - Thanh - Luong; Hau - Doi - Yen - Minh routes and the Van - Bang route connecting National Highway 1A to coastal routes.

Repair and upgrade the routes connecting National Highway 48B with Road 537B through Quynh Ba, An Hoa, and Quynh Nghia, creating favorable conditions for tourists inside and outside the province.

Repair and upgrade the coastal dyke to create a convenient and synchronous traffic system from Quynh Nghia to Quynh Bang and Hoang Mai town. Invest in a lighting system from Quynh Minh intersection connecting the lighting system along the sea dyke. Complete the system of road signs and relic site signs to facilitate tourists' travel and selection of sightseeing spots.

At food establishments, the district established inspection teams to handle small stalls; encouraged and created conditions for business households to invest in building modern stalls, in accordance with the planning. Increased investment attraction, encouraged businesses with conditions to invest in new, high-end resorts. For existing resorts, the district paid attention to creating conditions and encouraging investment in additional rooms, entertainment areas, landscapes, and environments to serve the increasing needs of tourists.

Currently, Ruby Star Beach Quynh Resort, Village Resort Vuon Dua, Bien Ho, Xuan Dat Viet, Duc Tai - Tam Dat and many other accommodations are ready for the 2019 tourist season.

In addition to ensuring good tourism infrastructure, communes with advantages in sea bathing and resorts such as Quynh Nghia, Quynh Minh, Quynh Luong, Quynh Bang, Quynh Long are actively implementing infrastructure renovation, environmental sanitation, business management, commercial services, food processing, and typical products. Communes: Quynh Doi, Quynh Yen, Quynh Van, Ngoc Son, Cau Giat town, Quynh Thang attach prominent historical sites, scenic spots, and branded products to prepare conditions to welcome visitors.

Facilities: Spirulina - Hidumi Phamar - Quynh Luong commune; specialized areas for clean vegetable production, aquaculture according to VietGAP standards; processing of fish sauce, dried squid products, fresh seafood, deer antlers, fine art carpentry villages, vermicelli, flowers and ornamental plants; commercial centers are ready for the tourist season.

To promote and inform about the opening ceremony of Quynh beach tourism in 2019, from mid-March 2019, the district issued leaflets and CDs to promote tourism; increased radio and television broadcasting time; posted information on the Electronic Information Portal and websites, Nghe An newspaper and magazines about the advantages and attractiveness of Quynh beach tourism, destinations, relics, scenic spots, high-class resorts and source activities.

The opening of Quynh Sea Tourism in 2019 was held on the occasion of April 30 and May 1 holidays. The opening festival lasted from April 26 to May 1 with a series of special festival activities; many activities such as: Beach volleyball for men and women, soccer field; art photography contest, graceful female student contest, birdsong on the beach, Lotus Village Singing Finals, tourism camp and many other activities. The art part of the opening night was elaborately staged with a drum performance, special performances by famous actors in the district and famous singers nationwide.

To satisfy tourists when they come to Quynh Luu for sightseeing, swimming and relaxation, the district organizes work with service and accommodation establishments; organizes training to improve professional skills, communication skills and cultural behavior.

Check business conditions, regulate public service prices, regulations on food safety commitments, environmental hygiene, tourist safety, state management responsibilities of communes and towns on business, services, trade, and safe products; reorganize rescue teams, arrange safety signs when swimming in the sea to ensure convenience, satisfaction and absolute safety for tourists when coming to Quynh Luu.
