(Baonghean.vn) - Located in the suburbs of Vinh, the villa built and decorated mainly with gravel in Xuan Thinh hamlet (Nghi Duc commune) has become a unique villa, one of a kind in Nghe An. Besides the special architecture, the villa also creates a campus and garden like a miniature tropical forest.
Built in 2008, the villa has a special structure because it is all paved with gravel. The owner of the house is Mr. Ngo Xuan Vy (57 years old) and his wife, Mrs. Nadiya Pooda (51 years old, originally from Ukraine). |
On the walkway leading to the house, the owner created a hanging garden with hundreds of orchid pots of many different species. Mr. Vy said, “My dream is to create an orchid forest here.” |
Pebbles are the main material used to build and decorate the villa, mainly taken from Nghi Thiet beach (Nghi Loc). |
The small paths leading into this villa are both cool and green with beautiful, dense trees, close to nature. |
Surrounding the house are small streams with turtles and fish. Above are more than 100 cages of birds of all kinds, raised and chirping in the yard. |
The stone and pebble architecture is evident throughout the house, even in the guest bedroom. |

It is truly unique and impressive. The villa looks like an ancient castle. What is special is that it was designed by Mr. Ngo Xuan Vy, who is not an architect but a medical practitioner. The villa is located in an area of nearly 1,500 square meters. The owner said that "the family does not need to use air conditioning all year round". |
