Many local boys were punished for performing 'circus' on the street
Receiving information from social networks and sources from the masses, Son La Traffic Police have handled many cases of "circus performances" on the road.
According to the police, at around 3:00 p.m. on February 23, a clip appeared on Facebook showing two young men driving a motorbike with license plate 26K1-280.71 and a motorbike without a license plate.
While driving, the two young men did not wear helmets, drove at high speed, swerved, and swerved, endangering people and vehicles on the road, seriously affecting traffic safety.

Receiving the above information, the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police coordinated with functional units of the Mai Son District Police to verify and clarify the content of the incident and identified the two young men as Luong Cong Thuat (born in 2007, residing in Ban Khieng, Chieng Ve Commune, Mai Son District) driving a motorbike with license plate 26K1-280.71 and Luong Minh Chuyen (born in 2007, residing in To Vuong Village, Chieng Ve Commune, Mai Son District) driving a motorbike without a license plate, both traveling from Son La City to Mai Son District.
Both were not wearing helmets, driving at high speed, weaving and swerving on the road, endangering people and vehicles participating in traffic.

Also on February 23, Mai Son District Police received images provided by local residents showing two young men driving a motorbike without a license plate at high speed, both without helmets, weaving and swerving on the road.
The Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police continued to coordinate with functional units of the Mai Son District Police to verify and clarify the identification of Lo Van Thien (born in 2004) driving a motorbike without a license plate (after verifying the motorbike with license plate 26H3-0718) carrying Luong Van Nhat (born in 2003, both residing in Hat Lot commune, Mai Son district). Both were not wearing helmets, Lo Van Thien did not have a driver's license, driving at high speed, weaving in and out of traffic.
For the above cases, the Provincial Traffic Police Department and the Traffic Police Team of Mai Son District Police are investigating and strictly handling them according to the provisions of the Law.
