Binh Chuan - A New Rhythm of Life
(Baonghean) - As a particularly disadvantaged commune in Con Cuong district, comprising 8 Thai ethnic minority villages, Binh Chuan was once known as an "unstandardized" commune, a "four-no" commune due to numerous shortcomings in socio-economic development. However, since the end of 2012, the national power grid has reached every village. Schools and health stations have been newly built, the area of rice paddies has expanded, and many new, spacious stilt houses have sprung up. These are truly encouraging signs for this area, which still faces many difficulties.

Construction of a road leading to the village.
Many stilt houses are being built.
The area of rice paddies is expanding.
Goods transportation relied primarily on motorbikes as a means of transport.
