Binh Dinh approves over 2,900 billion VND project of son of former BIDV Chairman Tran Bac Ha
The two businesses of Mr. Tran Bac Ha's two sons have just been approved by the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province to implement a hotel project on a "golden land" area of 10,840 square meters in Quy Nhon City, with a total investment of more than 2,900 billion VND.
On November 11, Binh Dinh Investment Promotion Center announced that the People's Committee of this province has just issued a decision approving the investment policy for the consortium of Thien Hung Import-Export Company Limited, An Phu Group Joint Stock Company and a company belonging to a large Vietnamese corporation, to implement the Thien Hung Hotel, Trade and Luxury Apartment Complex project in Quy Nhon City with a land area of about 10,840m2, total investment capital of more than 2,900 billion VND.

According to the reporter's investigation, Thien Hung Import Export Company Limited (abbreviated as Thien Hung Company) was established in 2014 with a charter capital of 300 billion VND, owned by Mr. Tran Bac Ha's daughter, Ms. Tran Lan Phuong, and currently directed by Ms. Phuong. An Phu Group Joint Stock Company was established in 2009 with a charter capital of 200 billion VND, founded by Mr. Tran Bac Ha's son, Mr. Tran Duy Tung, who is Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Both Thien Hung Company and An Phu Group have registered their headquarters at 01 Han Mac Tu Street, Ghenh Rang Ward, Quy Nhon City - just a few hundred meters away from the Thien Hung Hotel, Trade and Luxury Apartment Complex project. The address 01 Han Mac Tu Street is also the 4-star Royal Quy Nhon Resort, on a land area of tens of thousands of square meters located along the beautiful central coast of Quy Nhon City, owned by Hoang Anh Dat Xanh Quy Nhon Joint Stock Company, owned by Mr. Tran Bac Ha's wife, Ms. Ngo Kim Lan.

This place is also considered a "golden land" because of its prime location in Quy Nhon City with a market price of about 100 million VND/m2. Previously, Hoang Gia Quy Nhon Resort was owned by Hoang Anh Gia Lai Group, then transferred to Hoang Anh Dat Xanh Quy Nhon Joint Stock Company.
Thus, within a radius of only a few hundred meters in the "golden land" area on the central coast of Quy Nhon City, Mr. Tran Bac Ha's wife and two children have been implementing two "huge" hotel projects on an area of tens of thousands of square meters.
