Tuyet hid 5 heroin cakes in a rectangular calendar block bag weighing 1,779.45 grams and transported it for sale.
On the evening of January 8, Lieutenant Colonel Do Van Quang - Head of the Tien Lu District Drug Team (Hung Yen) said that recently, the unit coordinated with the Provincial PC47 Department to arrest a subject transporting 5 heroin cakes circulating in the area.

Specifically, at around 5:00 a.m. on January 6, the Working Group of the Drug Crime Investigation Department PC47 - Hung Yen Provincial Police, the leading unit, coordinated with Department PC67 and Tien Lu District Police to patrol the area of Road 72 in Ba Hang Village, Thu Sy Commune, Tien Lu District.
During the inspection, the patrol team stopped a car with license plate number 89B - 006.47. When checking the car, the task force discovered a female subject in the car with suspicious behavior.
A quick check of the subject's luggage revealed that inside the red calendar block bag were 2 rectangular cakes, in the luggage compartment there was a black bag containing 3 rectangular cakes and many other related evidences. The subjects were then taken to the investigation agency for further investigation.
Subject identity: Dao Thi Tuyet (born in 1960, residing in group 9, Song Ma town, Son La province).
At the investigation agency, Tuyet confessed that the 5 rectangular cakes were heroin weighing 1,779.45 grams and were being transported from Son La to Hung Yen for sale. The police also seized 2 mobile phones and 2.6 million VND.
